This was a tough generation, some cool things came out of it. These were family sights for Baby Boomers

Cars were sturdy and strong. Who needed seat belts?!

Sadly, we never saw Daisies or whistles

Everyone had a set of these. They were an obligatory item

Phones shared lines so you had to wait for your neighbor to get off so you could get on

They covered everything in plastic to protect against the smoke

SHopping downtown meant dressing up
